Briarwood is a 28-unit market rate senior congregate living facility located at 630 5th Street Southwest in Perham. Opening its doors in September 1998, Briarwood offers full-size independent apartments designed for seniors. With one meal per day provided, light housekeeping, and emergency call, as needs arise, seniors can choose from a complete array of optional services to assist them in maintaining their independence.
