Sandford Perham adjoins Perham Health and contains the offices of nine providers and a general surgeon. Sanford New York Mills is located in New York Mills 10 miles east of Perham and has three providers. Sanford Ottertail, located 10 miles south of Perham, opened in June 2005 and has three providers. In addition, specialists in orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology, oncology, podiatry, urology, and mental health provide outreach consultations, surgery, and follow-up visits.
