Dr. Blickenstaff received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at Ball Memorial Hospital in Munice, Indiana. Dr. Blickenstaff is board certified in family medicine. This means he has fulfilled the necessary criteria established by the regulating board and has passed examinations that accredit him in the field of family medicine.

Dr. Blickenstaff is married and has five children. In his free time he enjoys running.
