Corey Nyhus, M.D.
Dr. Nyhus is a primary care doctor who is trained in many medical areas. He is qualified to care for most of the health care needs of the entire family, from infants to the elderly. For those times when more specialized care is necessary, Dr. Nyhus will coordinate your care and advise you on the most appropriate treatment. Special interests include obstetrics, pediatrics and weight control.

Medical education and training:
Dr. Nyhus received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks. He completed a residency in family medicine at the University of North Dakota Family Practice Center in Grand Forks.
He is board certified in family medicine. This means that he has fulfilled the necessary criteria established by the regulating board and has passed the examinations that accredit him in the field of family medicine. Dr. Nyhus joined Sanford Health in the early 1980's.
Dr. Nyhus received the 2006 North Dakota Diabetes Care Provider Achievement Award.
