Vroman promoted to Home Care Director
Chuck Hofius, CEO of Perham Health, is pleased to announce the promotion of Courtney Vroman, BSN RN, to Home Care Director.
Vroman joined Perham Health in 2004 as an RN in the hospital before moving to the home care department as Clinical Manager in 2011. Vroman accepted the Home Care Director position in May after serving as interim director since January 2012.
In her new role, Vroman is responsible for the business and clinical operations of Perham Living Home Care. With a philosophy to provide patient and family centered care, she ensures exceptional, personalized care is provided to patients in accordance with state and federal regulations. Vroman will oversee the Perham Living Home Care office in Perham and its branch office at Emmanuel Community in Detroit Lakes. Both offices are Medicare certified and provide care to residents in Otter Tail, Becker, and Wadena Counties. Vroman is a graduate of the Jacksonville University School of Nursing in Jacksonville, Florida, and lives near Perham with her husband Randy and two children, Wesley and Colby.
